EMBROIDERY TIPS:

• When stitching, gently pull the ribbon through the fabric so the

completed stitch lies flat on the surface. To keep from pulling a stitch too

tightly, place your thumb over the ribbon on the front of the fabric where it

is being pulled to the back so you can feel the tension on each stitch.

• Work with 18-inch ribbon lengths to prevent fraying.

• When stitching, carry ribbon over no more than 1 inch on the back.
